Text Box: Visioning Notes

The themes of Visioning since we began visioning for our Center three years ago have remained constant—almost every session the themes are:  light, bright colors (mostly blue, yellow and fuchsia), and growth.  In July, the theme was primarily: grounded in Principle, centered in Spirit.
This says to me, as we stay grounded in the Principles of Science of Mind and centered in Spirit, we will grow in consciousness of our inherent Divinity.  As we grow in consciousness, we attract more people, and our Center will continue to grow.  We are a powerful, clear channel for Spirit.  As we sang at our Installation in April, we are called to be the Light of the World!!  Let us continue to be that Light, in all we do, think, and say.  Let us be clear channels for Spirit so that we will attract those who are looking for what we have, this Teaching that liberates us from the bondage of the illusion of separation from the Divine.
Visioning is not visualization.  In Visioning, we ask a question, then sit quietly, listening for that Inner Guidance.  Visualization is having a picture of something we want and holding it in our thoughts.
Everyone is invited to join our Visioning CORE Chair, Carolyn Newton, the last Sunday of each month after the service, to sit in the Silence and Vision for our Center.  For more information, call 861-5774.

The Spirit in me meets the same Spirit in you.  Namaste recognizes
the equality of all, and pays homage to the sacredness of all.”

NamasteText Box: View From Our
   Visionary Window
Dear Members and Friends of RACFRS,

Dedication, Determination and Love continue to be strong in our dedicated CSL, Rev. Gale. Minutes after I walked into her hospital room, her phone rang. The caller needed her help. Our Rev. Gale became a focused loving and caring Minister. A Minister In Action! Setting her own situation aside, Rev. Gale ministered, counseled and prayed with the caller. At the end of a twenty minute conversation she gave the caller choices for additional services. I asked Rev Gale if she would like me to disconnect the call forwarding from the church. She hesitated for only a few seconds and then said no. I was again convinced that our choice of her as our CSL is truly what our community needs. It is our great fortune to have her upbeat spirit guiding us. It's a beautiful sight and sound as she rolls into the sanctuary, singing, "I've Got the Joy, Joy, Joy Down in My Heart." Indeed, she does have that joy that she spreads to all of us and our growing community.
As we enjoy the cooler days of fall, I encourage you to an even deeper meaning to your spiritual journey by singing up for a class. I have personally found that the relationships we build in classes are a beautiful side gift to deepening our own spiritual path.

                                        Yours in Love,
                                        Jo Stasi, Chair
                                        CORE Council
